اطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في رمث أو تطبيق أسرة العقيلي، حتى إذا حذفت التطبيق من جهازك.
Request deletion of your account and associated data in Rimth or Aloqayli Family, including after uninstalling the app.

اختر تطبيقك أدناه وافتح محادثة واتساب مع دعم رمث، ثم أرسل طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به. اذكر اسم التطبيق ورقم الهاتف المسجل إذا كان مختلفًا عن رقم واتساب. لا تحتاج إلى تثبيت التطبيق أو الدخول إليه لتقديم الطلب. فتح الرابط يجهز رسالة؛ لا يرسلها حتى تختار الإرسال. نتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الحذف. لا ترسل رمز تحقق أو كلمة مرور في المحادثة.
How to request deletion
Choose your app below, open WhatsApp with Rimth support, and send a request to delete your account and associated data. Include the app name and your registered phone number if it differs from your WhatsApp number. You do not need to install or sign in to the app to make the request. Opening the link prepares a message; it does not send it until you choose Send. Account ownership is verified before deletion. Do not send verification codes or passwords in the conversation.
الحذف داخل التطبيق
يمكنك أيضًا فتح صفحة الحساب واختيار حذف الحساب، ثم اتباع تأكيد الملكية برقم الهاتف. إذا تعذر الدخول أو تطلبت الحالة مراجعة، ومنها بعض ملفات جذور الشجرة، استخدم قناة الدعم أعلاه. الطلب يخص حساب رمث كاملًا وعضوياته في الأسر التي انضممت إليها، وليس مجرد إزالة التطبيق من جهازك أو مغادرة أسرة واحدة.
Deletion in the app
You can also open the Account page, choose Delete account, and follow phone ownership confirmation. If you cannot sign in or the case needs review, including some tree-root profiles, use the support route above. The request concerns the whole Rimth account and its memberships across joined families; uninstalling the app or leaving one family does not delete the account.
ما يزيله حذف الحساب
يزيل الحذف سجلات الحساب والمصادقة والجلسات، ومطالبات رقم الهاتف والتحقق منه، وعضويات الأسرة والتعيينات المرتبطة بها، والإشعارات وتفضيلاتها وتسجيل أجهزة الإشعارات. تُغلق محادثات الدعم النشطة. تُزال صلة الحساب بالهوية في الشجرة، وتُزال أرقام الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني من الهوية المؤكدة التي تبقى في الشجرة.
What account deletion removes
Deletion removes account and authentication records, sessions, phone claims and verification records, family memberships and related assignments, notifications and preferences, and push-device registrations. Active support conversations are closed. The account is disconnected from its tree identity; phone numbers and email addresses are cleared from a confirmed identity that remains in the tree.

What may remain and how to request review
Account deletion does not automatically erase all family content. Confirmed genealogy records, including names, dates of birth and photos, shared content, messages and attachments may remain. Support and audit records remain; the deletion audit includes the previous phone number and role. Family-fund, transaction or security records may require separate review. The action does not automatically erase backups or service-provider records. Identify any other data or content you want removed; support reviews the request and explains remaining data, the reason for retention and the applicable period. This page does not promise immediate erasure of everything or a single retention period.
الاشتراكات والمعاملات
إذا كان لديك اشتراك في متجر التطبيقات، ألغِ التجديد من إدارة الاشتراكات في المتجر؛ حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك المتجر تلقائيًا. إذا كانت لديك معاملة أو طلب في صندوق الأسرة، اذكره للدعم حتى يوضح أي خطوات أو سجلات لازمة. لا يعني وجود هذه التعليمات أن الاشتراك أو الدفع متاح في كل تطبيق.
Subscriptions and transactions
If you have an app-store subscription, cancel renewal through the store’s subscription settings; deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Tell support about any family-fund transaction or pending request so it can explain necessary steps or records. These instructions do not mean payments or subscriptions are available in every app.
